  Re: Dragonstar!

(...) Thanks Kirby! (...) That's funny that you suggested that because I wanted to do that. The only problem is the lights are in the Nasal Avenger :( The other thing I tried was using 2X2 trans neon cylinders instead but I just don't have enough. (...) (22 years ago, 14-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Dragonstar!

(...) Hmmm, I hadn't heard of that. I'm not much of a video gamer anymore. I just was trying to come up with a cool sounding name. First I looked online through a bunch of mythological names of gods from different cultures. I found a bunch of cool (...) (22 years ago, 14-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Dragonstar!

(...) Thanks, Chris! :) I'm hoping to do some more greebling, this time on the underside. I've never really did much with the undersides of the previous big 'uns since they just had big ol' baseplates. I just need to stock up on some more 6 X 16 (...) (22 years ago, 14-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Critiquing and Dragonstar

(...) I'm not really sure what you're saying here, Paul. I've already heard that my MOC is "boxy" and "exactly like Gibraltar except it's yellow." Maybe you should clarify (or not). Dan (22 years ago, 14-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Dragonstar!

Dan, First off, I've got to commend you on your amazing work. I'm still relatively new to MOC's, having mainly a modified X-wing and a box of a moonbase attempt to show for it. I want to thank you for showing me why I should keep on trying. Because (...) (22 years ago, 14-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Lunacraft: A Moonbased Spaceship

dang, man, you beat me to it (at least to the finished version) one of my current ships in progress is in three sections using the MB standards for the connecting hallways. nice tidy little ship you have built :-) -paul (...) (22 years ago, 14-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: MOC: Pre Classic Jump Lander & an experiment....

this is really cool and its great to see the PCS line evolve I think Chris is the best one to help us all "get it right" but even w/out his guidance I think we can all contribute good mocs yours is a great start and a hard one to beat for simplicity (...)   Critiquing and Dragonstar

(...) my 2 cents on the way here (-paul) 1) despite any criticisms, we really gotta admit that it takes a lot of time and effort and thought to even do something as "simple" as putting a fat yellow line around a really big box. Dan deserves much (...) (22 years ago, 14-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.general)
