Re: Bib Fortuna's drift skimmer - The Krayt

Thankye sir. Bib may just have the Krayt stored away should his arrangments with Jabba turn out to be less than favorable. How long can you find job satisfaction in feeding frogs to a giant worm? ;) Cheers, -G (...) (22 years ago, 5-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

Re: Bib Fortuna's drift skimmer - The Krayt

Many thanks Matt! My 2 favorite places in the SW lore are Tatooine and Hoth, so this one just had to be done. All the Tatooine vehicles seem either squat and bulking or very frail and wispy....almost like the vegetation...stout cacti or desert (...)   Re: Bib Fortuna's drift skimmer - The Krayt

Bey Bib, That's a sure strange ship of yours. It's the sort of thing that looks super interesting, but an animation of it in flight (i mean, done like ILM quality) would look super-amazing. Great idea on getting Toradoch Industries to make it for (...) (22 years ago, 5-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

Re: Bib Fortuna's drift skimmer - The Krayt

Wow! Thats a great ship. Tell Bib that he should have kept it instead of going to work for that fat slug, Jabba :). Excellent work as always. You keep up the tradition of keeping your moc's unique and set apart from the rest. Keep it up. How long (...) (22 years ago, 5-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

Re: Bib Fortuna's drift skimmer - The Krayt

Hey Gil! I first saw the Krayt at FBTB, but I'll say it again...flat-out kick a$$ design! Once more, the color scheme is great for a Tatooine ship. After reading the text more closely, I now understand the inspiration behind the design. It seems Bib (...) (22 years ago, 5-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars)

Bib Fortuna's drift skimmer - The Krayt

Greetings! Bib's got himself a tricked out lift... (URL) Bib know what you think! (I'll pass it on.) Cheers, -G (22 years ago, 5-Feb-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.starwars) !

  Re: new MOC

Always have to like a new shape, and this one definately is. The triangle is a difficult one to manage, but you've done a nice job on this one. The incorporation of the plyons helps smooth out the boxy-ness a bit as well. Very interesting. Cheers, (...) (22 years ago, 5-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

Re: MOC inspired by Jet Black's Hammerhead in Cowboy Bebop

I agree...this is really well done. It's a nice, clean model that really carries the flavour of it's inspiration. And, it hasn't been done before...or perhaps it has and I just haven't seen it ;) Good stuff. Cheers, -G (...) (22 years ago, 5-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)
