  Re: Little speeder

(...) Ain't that a little cutie. It's sort of the Honda CRX of the pod world. It's small and compact, but can go like a bat out of heck. Groovy Adrian -- www.brickfrenzy.com (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: Entry to lame parts contest

Thanks. Don't cross your eyes, just look at the amorphous blob that is the thumbnail :) I tried very hard to obscure the lameness of the lame parts as much as possible, which is why it ended up being my third MOC with the brown/grey/tan color (...) (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: Entry to lame parts contest

(...) Heh, yeah it is. I'm particularly pleased with the way the soccer ball turned out. It's like it was made to fit in those 1x4 arches. (...) I do it that way because I'm lazy and I like consistency. I really don't care that much many hits I get. (...) (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New Moc: Dragon Gunship

Those canopies look really good. Inside the cockpit looks nice, too. I like the guns and landing gear. You can't go wrong with the Aliens Dropship. -Andrew (...) (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

  Re: Little speeder

Hey, thats nice. I like how you used the 'useless' sand green color and how the slopes add up to the cockpit. Nice little speeder! -JHK (...) (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: Entry to lame parts contest

Dude... that is awesome. If I cross my eyes, this MOC looks like a super-cool space fighter-something-or-other. I then uncross my eyes, and this wealth of detail comes. I love all the spaciness in this MOC... even though it is a lame-part model. I (...) (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

  Little speeder

I just made a little speeder. One of the inspirations for it was Jeremy Sproat's Star Wars landspeeder project. I was thinking of making it big enough for two, but I decided I'd just make something tiny. And not very Star Wars-ish. Anyway, here it (...) (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: Entry to lame parts contest

Apparently, I'm collecting lame parts, that's what I'm doing with them :) Get enough divers sets and Wild West Indian sets, and you too could have had a preponderance of them :) Adrian (...) (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

Re: Entry to lame parts contest

Nice one. It's a lame parts extravaganza! What on Earth are you doing with that many manta rays and tree stumps? It's up on the site now. Thanks for entering. Allister (...) (22 years ago, 6-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

  Entry to lame parts contest

Hey gang. I've been busy doing strange things with lame parts, and the result is the Chaos Nova, my entry to the lame parts contest. It uses 8 of the 10 lame parts (I don't have any Galidor, nor any of those little white fences) so I included 2 (...) Hey dude, cool stuff. Your open cockpit fighters remind me of the old school lego spacecraft ie Super Nova II. Fradel (22 years ago, 5-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New Moc: Dragon Gunship

(...) Dang, you copied that pretty good. I like it. I have the hardest time building something by just looking at pics of it. Using the long red hinge pieces is hard for me cause I only have the 2 of them, hence the red detail of the ship. Keep up (...) (22 years ago, 5-Dec-02, to lugnet.space)
