I sure would like to have another scala bathroom. If anyone hears where we can get one please let me know. (23 years ago, 14-May-01, to lugnet.scala)

  Re: yuki

(...) I got 3290, 3243,and 3241 as well as most of the sets from last year. Older sets seem to have better elements like curtains and extra walls and floors. I'm running out of room too, because I have a huge doll collection as well. But it's hard (...) (23 years ago, 10-May-01, to lugnet.scala)

I have two more houses 3290, one more kitchen 3243, and a nursey 3241. I am going to start putting my town legos on e-bay as soon as I get a camera. I am running out of room. I have thousands of legos to get rid of. What new stuff do you have? (23 years ago, 8-May-01, to lugnet.scala)

  Re: Yuki

(...) You are welcome, Diana! I found the postcard at the LEGO outlet in Georgia a while ago. When I was there last time, I saw the new house. What do you think of it? Do you have one (or more)? It seems like it has too many of those foam elements I (...) (23 years ago, 8-May-01, to lugnet.scala)

Yuki I got the really neet Scala post card you sent. Where did you get them? It was so cute. Thanks. (23 years ago, 6-May-01, to lugnet.scala)

  BUTTERFLY

GREG, I have a red butterfly from a scala set if that will help you. I will send it to you no charge, if you give me your mailing address. That is if you are in the USA. (23 years ago, 11-Apr-01, to lugnet.scala)

  Re: Butterflies

(...) There may be other cheap sets, but I'd be pretty certain that Milimy's House is the only less than $10 set with the butterfly unless there is a Scala service pack with it. Frank (23 years ago, 8-Apr-01, to lugnet.belville, lugnet.scala)

I've been looking for some Belville/Scala pieces myself. I've found the butterflies you're looking for at Brickbay: (URL) luck! (...) (23 years ago, 8-Apr-01, to lugnet.belville, lugnet.scala)

  Butterflies

I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to Belville or Scala, so that's why I was wondering if anyone could help me. I desperately need a butterfly. I would like to know which cheap (menaing less than ten bucks) sets contain this piece. I know that (...) (23 years ago, 8-Apr-01, to lugnet.belville, lugnet.scala)

  Frank Filz Scala parts

Frank do you still have 13-jpq and 11-jpq scala parts. If so what do you want for them? (23 years ago, 2-Apr-01, to lugnet.scala)

(...) 7124 Flash Speeder has them in green also. There is a good sized family of curved top parts which all have the same curve: 1x4x1.3 brick w/curved top (long edge) 1x2x1.3 brick w/curved top and plate extending out back 2x4x1.3 brick w/curved (...)   Re: Scooter in 3152

(...) The orange piece on the back of the seat is indeed a curved brick. I have a few of these from my Scala sets. I'm not familiar with LEGO terminology, but it is 1x4 at the bottom, and about four times taller than a LEGO plate. Actually I think (...)   Re: Scooter in 3152

(...) Thanks for the reply! A Fabuland figure will fit onto 2 studs. Its just that it needs a bit of clearance on either side where the torso overlaps the legs at the hips. The legs are the same width at the hips as a standard minifig. The (...) (23 years ago, 22-Mar-01, to lugnet.scala, lugnet.fabuland)

  Re: Scooter in 3152

(...) Sheree, I don't have this set, but the scooter is probably too small for a Fabuland figure. Thomas doll's bottom is about 2 wide, and if the axles of wheels are the same ones as those of a Scala baby stroller, they are 4 wide. And the top (...) (23 years ago, 22-Mar-01, to lugnet.scala)

  Scooter in 3152

Does anyone have "Playroom for Baby Thomas" 3152? (URL) so, any info on the red scooter would be greatly appreciated. I am thinking a Fabuland figure would look really cute in it. Will one fit? Seat space would need to be 4 wide. Also, how is the (...) (23 years ago, 17-Mar-01, to lugnet.scala)

  Yuki, outlet?

Where is the outlet you got your Scala from? Is it the one in Dawsonville GA? (23 years ago, 16-Mar-01, to lugnet.scala)

  where to buy

Just found out e-toys is going out of business. This was the only place besides sah that I knew where to buy Scala. Anyone know of another place to purchase Scala besides lego Shop @ home? (23 years ago, 16-Mar-01, to lugnet.scala)

  welcome back Yuki

Haven't seen any of your posts for a long time. I finally got the bathroom and the kitchen with the fridge. What new stuff did you get at the outlet? (23 years ago, 16-Mar-01, to lugnet.scala)

Any other new Scala sets this year?

I just saw the pictures of the four new Scala sets and I'm wondering whether there'll be any more. Does anybody know? Diana, it's good to see you're enjoying Scala as usual. Have you bought any of the sets from last year? I bought some last week at (...) (23 years ago, 16-Mar-01, to lugnet.scala)

  New Scala sets

I just got my Belville 5831 today and it came with a catalog sheet showing four new Scala sets (no names provided of course - September 2001 release date): 3121: baby carriage, large dalmatian, baby, red parasol, green basket, red teddy bear, a few (...)   walls and windows

John or Frank, what do you want for a large Scala wall with or without a window? I need a large wall. could use a pink one and or an orange one. Window would be nice but I do have a couple extra windows. (23 years ago, 28-Dec-00, to lugnet.scala)

  scala parts

Frank, I don't know how to find "buy sell trade" to find the Scala parts you have for sale. Can you tell me how to find them? (23 years ago, 28-Dec-00, to lugnet.scala)

  Re: walls

(...) I haven't seen any sign they won't be continuing. They don't show up in many stores in the US, but are readily available from Shop at Home (and frequently, the older sets go on sale for 50% off at S@H). Frank (23 years ago, 26-Dec-00, to lugnet.scala)

  Re: walls

I'm looking for discussion on whether or not the Scala sets will be continued in the future, or just become collectibles. I picked up a few pieces thinking to get some for my daughter of the 1998 sets, but can't find much avaibility. Thanks, Teel (23 years ago, 26-Dec-00, to lugnet.scala)
