If so, any info on the red scooter would be greatly appreciated.  I am
thinking a Fabuland figure would look really cute in it.  Will one fit?
Seat space would need to be 4 wide.

Also, how is the top constructed?  Is this a new element shape or is the top
a compilation of existing elements?

Sheree,
I don't have this set, but the scooter is probably too small for a Fabuland
figure.  Thomas doll's bottom is about 2 wide, and if the axles of wheels are
the same ones as those of a Scala baby stroller, they are 4 wide.

And the top construction is most definitely made of a bent foam piece.  So I
guess you could probably make a Fabuland-sized scooter yourself.
