Hi, My RCX shuts off automatically after about 5 min. The set-up options in the RCX software tells me its set for 15. Is this min. or sec.? I'm pretty sure the batteries are fine...it also shut down when using an adapter. Is there something else I (...) (26 years ago, 15-Mar-00, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

There are two different versions of the RCX. Unfortunately, they are both labeled "RCX 1.0". The one that comes with the Robotics Invention System 1.0 has a power adapter input and the one that comes with RIS 1.5 does not. It is possible to use (...) As the page is in Japanese, did you saw there is a movie : (URL) ? It is 'just' the ATAT walking by itself... Anyone started to build one with your lego parts ? Something difficult actually, no ?
