(...) The one used for the RCX may be, but the NXT power supply is sold as a different item, and is listed as a 10VAC adapter vs. the 9VAC adapters used by trains and various other systems. (...) I now have a Dynamic Instruments 16VAC 375mA, AT&T AC 9V 800mA, and a Black & Decker 9V 200mA from a Dust Buster but it does not say if it is DC or AC, I am assuming AC. Which one should I use? (...) I once came across a box full of old wall wart power supplies at a rummage sale and after digging through it for 10 minutes or so I found three that had 12V AC and the correct plug for the RCX. I am looking for the sign of the center pin on the RCX 1.0 power adaptor plug. I have a DC 9v 200ma transformer and want to plug it into the RCX but I do not know what the sign is on the center of the plug. It looks like the rush on buying the old (...)
