mac powerbook 5300 communicates with the IR tower, but no response from the
brick.
palm 130 with pbrick, also no response from the brick.
The brick powers on and beeps, just no communication with the powerbook or the
palm for programming. Since it does this with both the palm and the powerbook,
I'm fairly certain that the IR tower isn't the problem. What would be the most
common component that could go out in a 1.0 brick that might cause this? I
would be willing to gamble and try to fix it on the component level if I knew
the most likely cause.
