      I think your trouble come from the H-bridge chip (L293D), it doesn't support more than 600mA of current draw, and reset or crash the board then this value isn't respected.      Nichola's suggestion is a simple and raw method to supply enough current for the motors, but it seems difficult to imply if your handyboard has an expansion board attached...    Hi All, Thanks for the good advice I got. I applied a separate power sypply to the board, to drive the motors and everything seems to go well now.
