1  Can you connect it with a PC and after you make a programm in C,

Yes.

2  Can you drive dc motors with the Handyboard without any extra
   card ?

Yes, if the motors draw less than 1Amp of current when stalled.

3  Can you adjust the speeed and the direction of the motors
   electronically via the card ?

Yes.

4  Can you dive servos or stepper motors through Handyboard (I guess
you need an extra board)? If not what do you need?

You can drive bipolar stepper motors using the on board
h-bridges.

5  How could I drive a mobile robot to a sound source? I mean let's
say that I have a device wich produces ultra sonic sound in a
corner of a room. Is it possible to make the robot detect the
place and the direction of the sound and move towards there ?

Yes. The typical way to do this would be to attach your
directional detector to a positioning device (I've successfully
used model airplane
servos) and rotate the detector until you have acquired your
target. Then compute the bearing to the target, turn in the
appropriate direction and move forward.

6  Give me some examples of Handyboard, on Robotics or Automations
applications in order to understand its abilities (I mean I 'd
like to order such a basic device for RobotiX experimentation but
I just want to be sure that this suits my expectations).

The see the web site for handyboard examples.
