About a year and a half ago, I read in the ROBOTS! newsletter about Mr. Ray Butts and the Tiny 2.0 computer he sold based on the 68HC11E1, 32K RAM, and little else. I suppose if I had a linux laptop, I wouldn't mind so much... :-) I suppose I prefer the graphical versions becaused I've been using them for some time, and have gotten used to their feel. (...) Good question. Many UNIX programs are text-based, which allows easier integration with editors, etc. (if you disable paren balencing, you should be able to run IC under emacs, for example). Well, I finally broke down and bought a PC. (after being an amiga user for serveral years...) In an attempt to make life more interesting, i decided to install linux on my system.
