Some titles of interest would be the "Robot Builder's Bonanza"(99 Inexpensive Robotics Projects) and Mobile Robots- Inspiration to Implementation- I don't Know if they still cary it but I purchased "Sensors for Mobile Robtics" from them not (...) Yes, there is a pin compatible EPROMs and EEPROMs for the Handyboard's RAM chip. However, without the RAM chip the board is limited to the 256 bytes (or 512 bytes in some versions) of on-chip RAM which can be pretty limiting. Another option is to (...)   connecting (LEGO) motors
 
Hoi, I am still puzzled about connecting motors to the handyboard. I have seen plenty of motors wich draw less current then 600 mA. But still they have a couple of Amps stall current. Are the moter drivers chips protected for this ? Are all LEGO (...) (27 years ago, 21-Aug-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
