| Bill, I think the moral of the story is: DO NOt use 3v motors with the Handy Board. They draw too much current. Use motors rated at least 6v, even that can be a problem. | As illustrated in the hb manual, the QRD and QRB sensors do NOT use modulated IR light. the sensors as wired just turn on the IR emitter like a little light bulb, and the received sensor value is a combination of reflected IR light and general (...) | Well, that was too easy. Guess I should have read all the way through the FAQ earlier... *thud. I've now got the MISO output driving the VSW input on the sonar board, and am reading a digital input for the MFLOG signal. Works like a charm. I'd still (...) | Geeze - sounds like my kind of luck. Well, according to the Handy Board FAQ, there are two varieties of the 293; the 239B and the 293D - the "D" is rated at 600mA/channel and has spike suppression diodes built in, while the "B" is rated at (...) | Greetings all Anybody know if IC can support unsigned int's or long's. My situation is, I need to load a 32-bit signed number, ie a long, into the HB.
