After setting the CONFIG register, downloading the pcode never completes. We get anywhere from 0 to about 1600 bytes transferred, then an error. Everything has checked out to this point. Hi all- I remember reading something about an asynchronus serial routine at 1200baud using the SPI that was coming out in January. Does it exist? If so, how can I get it? My design team would like to incorporate two polaroid sensors with our handy board. We were wondering just how do we send the INIT pulse from the HB to the Polaroid sensors? (...) Sure. We put "Front" on digital(14) and "Right" on digital(15). And you can have as many as you want that don't interfere with each other. We did something like... contact = digital(14) * 2 + digital(15) to get both sensor results into an (...) (28 years ago, 5-Feb-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

I can't seem to locate the 'how to add a second power supply for a servo' information. I know I read it once, but now that I want to go back and use it of course I can't find it. One of the student groups in my Lego robot course is having a problem getting their Handyboard to work...they got IC to load successfully, then went ahead and installed U6 ('HC138), U9 ('HC04), U5 ('HC244), resistor packs RP1 and RP2, and SW2.
