One of the student groups in my Lego robot course is having a problem
getting their Handyboard to work...they got IC to load successfully, then
went ahead and installed U6 ('HC138), U9 ('HC04), U5 ('HC244), resistor
packs RP1 and RP2, and SW2. Now IC won't load. We've pulled and swapped
chips with my (working) board, examined connections, done previous tests,
etc., but can't seem to find anything. Latch U3 ('HC373) we haven't
pulled, since it's soldered in, but...
Any suggestions? I can default and have this group of students use my
board which works, but building the board is part of the "experience"...
