Hi Dave, can you try the DLM.EXE (not hbdl) program off the software resources web page? you will have to use the "-256" flag because it defaults to -512 for the e1 version of the 6811 which is probably not what you have. also, if you have windows (...) Not a real systematic one -- that seemed to be enough to let motors blast away, but stop real damage from happening if the nicad pack got shorted out. remember, shorting nicads is a real hazard - 50 to 100 amps -- could almost start a car. -fred (...) Hi everyone, I posted a message a day or two ago about a downloading problem I am having with my HB. I have gotten my hands on a copy of hbdl.exe and it too fails to download pcode_hb.s19.
