However, the US export limitations _are_ different. PGP is shipped to
europe by printing the source in very large books, that are then OCRed
in and compiled (at least, that's the official story :) )
Could be the difference is in the fact that it's source and not binary,
tho.

| My take on the issue: Does the legOS violate any copyright laws or licensing? If it was not reveresed engineered from the existing RCX OS - in a word, no. If it was, thats a whol different story - the license agreement would be in violation. As long (...) (26 years ago, 1-Dec-98, to lugnet.robotics)
