Nope. It will not receive anything when the tower goes off.
Michael- I've been real busy, but if you look in the firmdl (fastdl
now?) code, you'll see that there is a "keepalive" function that tests
for tower awareness somehow (don't remember the actual mechanism right
off the top of my head) and send a signal out so that the tower will
remain on, even while not transmitting anything. Don't know how
applicable that'll be to Java (having only learned the language two weeks
ago and never having done any i/o stuff) but it may serve as a start.
