I'm not sure what exactly you mean. If you mean libraries for the PC, to
use to communicate with the software on the lego, well, I've got no clue.
On the other hand, if you want to write programs in C++ (or the very
closely related C) for the robot, you are in luck: check out
www.noga.de/legOS/ for legOS, a C based OS for the RCX. You'll also want
to take a look at my HOWTO- which is unfortunately out of date, but which
I will be working on all day tomorrow to bring up to spec. It is at
http://arthurdent.dorm.duke.edu/legos/HOWTO/

It's just that I've been using it Uni heaps, so I'm kinda getting into it, AND I just got the windows GUI C++ libraries with a text book, so I was interested in writing like a remote control (...)
