Hello List!

It seems that Lego refuses to sell the Mindstorms Roboticcs Invention Kit to
non-English-speaking countries, allegedly because they don't want to annoy
us with an English manual?!

The only robotics set available in Germany is this Lego Technic
Cybersomething amulinium box for kids.

The same in Italy where I live.

This leads me to three questions:

1. Is it worthwile to buy this Cyberthing when there is not a single add-on
product of the Mindstorms series available?

2. Will Lego change their policy soon?

3. Are there resellers that *do* sell to Krauts?

Mindstorm is, IMHO, absoulutely worth to buy. You can find it at $219 (if I
remember well) at www.legoworldshop.com. They're not cheap but accept
credit card, ship worldwide and have a very good service. You can expand your
set with any standard Lego Technic set you feel appropriate, I suppose they're
are easy to find in Germany. Motors as well are available as a standard Technic
expansion kit, and you can buy more sensors if you like always at
legoworldshop.

Have fun
