     (...) Fair question. In this context, I would say that it is a unit that directly supports LEGO motors and sensors right out of the box.       (...) There's an Expansion Board for the Handyboard that provides 4 inputs for the LEGO active sensors (light and rotation) on 2 lines besides 6 servo ouputs and other good things.
