i'm Chris. i must apologize and yeah, i find it irritating to get back a bunch of acks or to get a 'send receipt' notice from a mailing list/newsgroup when reading. in defense, the yahoo groups(where i post alot) appear to strip out the requests so (...) (...) Thanks for your advice, but I am in sweden. Here it is not so easy to find parts and not all the companies sell internationally. My other concern is that if it really is my computer that doesnt work, it might not work will the seril tower (...) (21 years ago, 25-Nov-03, to lugnet.robotics)

Just about every time I read a message from "Chris" in this newsgroup, my browser asks if I want to send a reply indicating I received the message. I have some problems with this.
