Well, it depends on what you're using the stuff for...
I myself, having an RIS 1.0 set, wouldn't settle for anything GREATER
than 1.0, because of the power jack. The power jack is essential to me.
And, about the pneumatics, Ever thought about LEGO set number 5218
Pneumatic Pack? I bought it and that has all I could ever need (in
addition to the small amount of pneumatics in the technic submarine
kit). Plus, it's probably half the price of the backhoe.
