This book is available (in stock!) from Computer Manuals at
http://www.compman.co.uk/cgi-win/browse.exe?ref=495131 . £19.95, free UK
p&p until 24th December, and if you review any books they're giving away a
£5 off voucher for any order over £20, so if you buy something else as well
you get it even cheaper. Don't bother with Amazon, they don't appear to even
have it in stock.
BTW: Yes I do work for Computer Manuals. But this email is from me, not
endorsed by my company. I just wanted to let people know they can get this
book reasonably cheaply in the UK.
