Well, the box is better for one. A compact plastic tub with a lid instead of a
big cardboard box with a flimsy plastic tray. Some teachers dig that. I
personally just bought a bunch of plastic industrial parts trays and sorted by
piece, not by kit.
Secondly, the "Team Challenge Kit" (the RIS in a green plastic tub) also comes
with a Mac cable in addition to the PC one, or, I should say, it will until the
USB tower is released I'm guessing. That accounts for $10-15 of the increased
price.
