  Re: Battery Tests

(...) I have used Titaniums in my RCX, and they perform noticeably *worse* than regular Energizer. I have had great success and battery life using Rayovac Alkalines, running motors for 2 hours with no problem. I think that Duracells performed a (...) (24 years ago, 11-Apr-01, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Battery Tests

(...) Although I've made no empirical tests, I've had the best results with Duracell Ultra in the RCX. I've never used Energizer Titaniums in an RCX before, but I have used them in a pair of Motorola T6300 two-way FRS radios, and noticed no (...) (24 years ago, 10-Apr-01, to lugnet.robotics)

My 6 year-old daughter and I belly up to a big ole bowl of popcorn and watch each and every Monday while Mom is away. I remember hearing somewhere that Junkyard Wars is moving to LA. Has anyone else heard this? Steven B. Combs, MS, CIT Associate (...) (24 years ago, 10-Apr-01, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: Pneumatic Pump Testing Goes Hi Tech

With all this talk of pneumatics going on, I feel I must inform you that all my current and pending creations hardly use pneumatics at all, I've binned them in favour of something more suited to my needs. I'd love to tell you but you'll have to wait (...) (24 years ago, 10-Apr-01, to lugnet.robotics, lugnet.technic, lugnet.build, lugnet.dacta)
