(...) The RCX uses AC input, not DC. The AC/DC conversion is internal, so what you need is a power adapter that outputs AC. I've heard that you can toast your RCX with an AC/DC adapter as well, so be careful. (24 years ago, 31-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics)

Dear Gang, I recently got the Robotics Invention System 1.0 and I would like to know which would be the positive for the AC adapter, the inside or outside. I have an adapter, but I am not sure how to set the Positive/Negative switch. Thanks, Bryan (...) (24 years ago, 31-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics)
