The first time I noticed the less thick black pegs was in the 8448 Superstreet sensation and in the other technic sets from the same year (8444, 8445, 8446). While I was makeing a simply fixture to mount black friction pegs in a lathe, I discovered that they come in two different wall thicknesses! I have seen a number of post asking the same question, What to use for external power for the RCX (ver 1.0) I have been using RadioShack; cat # 273 1631 - 9v 800mA AC This transformer has the correct size jack. I have a NQC program that is not working properly. However, when ever I complie and run a smaller section of the code it works fine.
