You'll notice that I mentioned in my original question that the tubing available in the RC shops (which I referred to as poly tubing rather than neoprene -- my bad) is a bit stiff.      (...) I suppose you could check medical supply shops... You could also try www.newark.com, and request a catalog. If you are using Netscape Communicator, just type "pneumatic tubing" (without the quotes) into the URL field, and start with those (...) (24 years ago, 1-Feb-01, to lugnet.robotics)

     Dear Tom (...) it should have been in my original post) is the *material* and *x-sectional dimensions* for the LEGO pneumatic tubing. I have several sources for different kinds of tubing, but I want to get something as near identical to the LEGO (...) (24 years ago, 1-Feb-01, to lugnet.robotics)

     (...) the (...) Heck, ya got me ;-) Could be rubber, extremely soft polyurethane, or any number of compounds. You'd probably have to ask someone at TLG to identify it. I just bought a few packs of tubing from S@H to make sure I had enough. I get it (...) (24 years ago, 1-Feb-01, to lugnet.robotics)

   (...) I believe that TLC has used the same tubing in a few non-pneumatic sets. I have one older pneumatic set here so I took a piece of tubing off of it and compared to some pieces that came off of the 6180 Hydro Search Sub. They appear to be quite (...)
