While observing this thread slowly unwinding here,
I would like to point out that the PC/RCX communications is bi-directional
making such things as remote control extenders not really applicable.
I would like to hear about other people's experiences of building a
bi-directional
UHF/IR repeater system. I've done it myself, and it was a real slog! Not
worth the
effort and expense when all's said and done!
