Legos in the news... sort of.

Then don't mention legos in the article but that sure looks like a cybermaster and a DDK in the picture. (URL) (25 years ago, 19-Dec-00, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: What's the cheapest way to get 9V motors?

You'll want to run though, literally. ZNAP is discontinued and as a result is being dumped everywhere.... (I just got myself two sets for $10,- each and when I went back for more their stock was gone....) Duq "Jeffrey Hazen" (...) (25 years ago, 19-Dec-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Tilt Sensors

I had a couple of thoughts while reading the posting on the bicycle. I am currently working on an adjustable mercury tilt sensor. The size is 2x4, with a height of 1 brick and 2 plates.   Re: Tilt Sensors

(...) I had some success with a pendulum blocking a light sensor - and also with a pendulum swinging from an axle with a 40t gear meshing onto an 8t gear on a rotation sensor. (I was trying to build a 2 wheeled vehicle like a bicycle and needed the (...) (25 years ago, 19-Dec-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  legOS Resources limitation

I found strange errors when the size of my legOS program grow up. How could we realise if the whole 32K resources in RCX is being used up? Yiu (25 years ago, 19-Dec-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Motor wires

(...) Cut the long ones and make them small... That's what I do. If you use a soldering gun and are good no one will really know the difference. Dean -- Coin-Op's For Sale!: (URL) Lego Workshop: (URL) Lego Club: (URL) (25 years ago, 19-Dec-00, to lugnet.robotics)
