Depending on your lego skills, it would be better to follow a few simpler
designs at first, building the bot is only about half the battle the other
half is getting the code to make it do what you want. You need experience
with sensors, motors, how to make your bot strong (so it doesn't fall apart
every time you touch it) and just simple mechanical systems before tackling
a tough thing like a biped. I think you would be hard pressed to find
enough parts in the Invention system to complete the task, so get a couple
of kits with lots of parts (especially gears and long beams). Next I would
study my own leg and see how it works, It's more complex than you might
think, then I would try to build a lego of my leg and then try to adapt that
to a bot. Most of all I think you need lots of good luck.
