Hi everybody ! Our homepage is alive. There are some examples of our robots. There is for example a 100° synchrodrive without lego turntables. Sorry, this site is only available in german, but all questions in english will be answered. Contact (...) (25 years ago, 27-Nov-00, to lugnet.robotics)

8480 Space Shuttle Kit for sale

This is the kit that's so often recommended as a good parts kit to extend the RIS. This kit is new, unopened, in the original box. It has something over 1,300 parts, including two motors (one is a mini-motor), a battery box, a turntable, a shock (...) (25 years ago, 26-Nov-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Droid Development Kit

(...) Actually, they got as low as US$25 at some Target stores. (I bought one.. my girlfriend wouldn't let me get two, even at that price) Although I got mine for less, I definitely think it's worth US$50. It's a nice set, although the CD-ROM is (...)   Re: Firmware file version?

(...) The first line of each file should be unique, and you should be able to use it to infer the version number. At least the first line is unique for firm0309.lgo and firm0325.lgo. You can actually decode the lines if you like -- they are header (...) (25 years ago, 26-Nov-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Firmware file version?

Is there a way to get the version # out of an RCX firmware file? Namely, the files firm0309.lgo or firm0328.lgo. I'd hate to rely only on the file's name. It'd be nice if one could reliably get the version, without having to download the file into (...) (25 years ago, 26-Nov-00, to lugnet.robotics)

Hello, The sequence actually starts on the G, like this: PlayTone(392, EIGHTH); PlayTone(523, EIGHTH); PlayTone(659, EIGHTH); PlayTone(784, EIGHTH * 2); PlayTone(659, EIGHTH); PlayTone(784, EIGHTH * 2); A reasonable value for EIGHTH is 16.   Checking resources on legOS

Do we have any method to check how many resources are left on the RCX with the use of legOS? i.e. variable memory. Thanks Yiu (25 years ago, 25-Nov-00, to lugnet.robotics)

  Thinking outside of the blocks

Here is a cute stepper-motor driver we've been rigging. It takes a motor-on pulse and converts it to a 12V stepper step. It uses positive pulses and negative pulses to make the stepper go forward or backward. If you tell the RCX to run the motor at (...) (25 years ago, 25-Nov-00, to lugnet.robotics)
