I was just in my local Toys'r'us and they have the Lego Znap #3552 set marked down to $9.97. It has: 1 1:10 mindstorms motor - #5225 (Pitsco $16.25) 1 small battery box - #???? 1 short wire They also have a larger Znap set marked down to $14.97 (...) (25 years ago, 8-Sep-00, to lugnet.robotics)

Here are some ideas (inspired by a model railroad club I know about but am not a member of). Some of the ones toward the end are more brainstorms than a thought-through plan. Take 'em for what they're worth. Acronyms used: AFOL = Adult Fan(s) of (...) (25 years ago, 7-Sep-00, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) I agree there. When Lego discontinued the pneumatics I ran out and bought up as many of the large pistons as I could... Now, of course, I'm short about 20 of the valves with no cheap way to get more. heh. At $45 CDN it's **VERY** costly. But (...) (25 years ago, 8-Sep-00, to lugnet.robotics)
