What power supplies work with the RCX?
The 'official' supply, is 10V AC, 700mA. The input has a rectification bridge,
so will accept AC, or DC in either polarity. The 'coda', is that if your
supply can deliver significantly more current than the 'standard' unit, it is
possible to damage the rectification bridge in the case of a motor stall. So
long as you limit the maximum current (fuse etc.), you can use a wide variety
of supplies.
