A thought:
The motor outputs have two 'off' states: free and brake. The free state is when
the power lines are
unconnected and the motor can spin freely. The brake state shorts the powerlines
which
causes the motor to resist being rotated.
In principle switching between these states is the same as turning a switch on
and off. Connecting a motor
output to an input configured as a touch sensor and switching to brake from free
would appear to be the same as
pressing a touch sensor to the other RCX.
