Good point, I didn't ask if the part itself was discontinued. But the effect
is nearly the same, considering how few sets actually contain small cylinders.
In my experience one needs several to make anything really useful, which could
be very expensive without the parts pack.
I suspect that part of the reason the small cylinders are no longer sold
individually is that they cost the same as the large cylinders. And who would
pay $3.25 for a little piston when you could pay the same for a big one?
Considering that the little pistons don't seem nearly as precisely made or as
durable as the large ones with the metal push rod, I think $2.75 or so would
have been a better price.
