Not yet being an RCX owner, I was wondering, just how fast can the RCX
reverse the polarity of the output ports? How about a 100b/s serial
interface?

| (...) The problem would be doing the timing 'accurately'. You could do a 'nibble at a time' interface, by setting the motor to one of sixteen states, holding this for a moment, and then setting another state. This would give a better data rate, (...) (25 years ago, 15-Feb-00, to lugnet.robotics)
