Hi,

As part of a project a group of us are looking to interface an RCX with an
electronic compass. Searching on the web has led to us looking at the
Dinsmore compasses (digital and analogue) and the Precision Navigation 2X
range of compasses.

Has anyone had any experience with interfacing either of these with an RCX?
Any ideas, tips, schematics, disaster stories e.t.c would be much
appreciated.
I have a small board that will do this, but it is all surface mount, so not a
'project' for anybosy who is not experienced with this type of construction...
(1.1inches square - drives as a 'standard' light sensor).

Best Wishes
