Hi Folks,
I've just come to the same conclusion as Eric on this one. My previous tests
were for the powered mode. The passive mode seems to work fine (though ut
does seem to require a resonably bright light source). Guess which mode I
wanted to use (sigh!). Anyone come up with a hack to let the CM user powered
mode?

| Another question would be: Which sensors require power to operate? Only the light sensor (in active mode), or other sensors as well? How about the angle sensor? Does it require power to operate? Or the temperature sensor? Fredrik (26 years ago, 3-Dec-98, to lugnet.robotics)

| (...) My latest tests indicate that SensorType() does not exist with CyberMaster. I think the main function of SensorType() is to switch external power on/off depending the sensor type. Since this function seems to not exist, it is not possible give (...) (26 years ago, 3-Dec-98, to lugnet.robotics)
