Re: pbLua Beta 8 - with pixel and battery voltage reading

(...) I questioned the significance of the first one too when one of the pbLua users asked for it. Then, as I was writing some docs for pbLua I realized that it would be a nice way to get screenshots of the display. It's pretty easy to read the (...)   Re: pbLua Beta 8 - with pixel and battery voltage reading

snip (...) snip I question the significance of feature #1, but feature #2 sure is a neat trick. How do you do it? (19 years ago, 8-May-07, to lugnet.robotics.nxt)

  Re: Control Lab & NQC

(...) linmix, if you can program in NQC, you can use C. It's pretty much the same language. You'll just have to learn how to use the serial port, it's not that hard. Get a book on C programming from your local library or bookstore. Get a little (...) (19 years ago, 7-May-07, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Control Lab & NQC

(...) Unfortunately the link is dead. Why not use real C? Because I'm not a programmer and don't know C. Anything I do know (like NQC) I got from tutorials specific for LEGO. linmix (19 years ago, 7-May-07, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Control Lab & NQC

(...) Is that the same as the Dacta 70909? I have a page with some info about that and its protocol, and a test environment programmed (with a puny 'programming language') in Delphi - no OCX needed. Source is available. (URL) Anders Isaksson, Sweden (...) (19 years ago, 7-May-07, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: Control Lab & NQC

(...) The Control Lab is a serial I/O device. I don't see the benefit of using NQC with it since it doesn't run programs itself; the computer does. NQC would have to change in a fundamental way to accommodate it: either compile to bytecodes for a (...) (19 years ago, 7-May-07, to lugnet.robotics)
