  Touch sensor problems

Hy to all ! I've a Ris 1.5 since 2000 and everything was going good. Until today. I was assembling a lego pneumatic switch with a touch sensor to detect the center position on the switch, but the sensor seems to have lost sensibility. When i touch (...)   Re: End of Mindstorms :-( - I'm very skeptical

  Re: Wheels, Tyres and Tractions

(...) Yep. I've been looking at the theoretical basis for how rubber tyres work in full-sized cars - and it's an insanely complicated process.   Re: Wheels, Tyres and Tractions

(...) Hello Philo, This is an extremely interesting and informative analysis. Did you notice any effects caused by the location of the scale attachment point? It seems to me that any attachment point below the axle centerline creates a lever arm (...) (22 years ago, 5-Oct-03, to lugnet.robotics)

Re: My New LEGO Mindstorms Book Is Available

(...) Hi Don, Congratulations on getting our your second book! Authoring a book is a lot of work. Your page hints at a section on walking robots. Could you give me more information on this section. I'm very interested in walking robots. Kevin (22 years ago, 5-Oct-03, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: End of Mindstorms :-(

I heard this about the cybermaster set years ago. Even lego told me it was out of production. Then last week at my local Toyrus (UK) they have the original cybermaster set on the shelf. Lego have invested too much cash into R&D to just scrap (...) (22 years ago, 5-Oct-03, to lugnet.robotics)
