Is there a reason to "hardcode" the host address using a define (LNP_HOSTADDR)? Things would be easier for me if I could change the address at run time (when calling lnp_init). Is it safe to replace the defines by a variable? Eric (24 years ago, 21-Dec-01, to lugnet.robotics.rcx.legos)

I'm looking for two of the IS1U60 sensors for the Handyboard. Anyone know where I can purchase them? The only place I could find that carried them would only sell them in lots of 1000 pieces. Next question: Does any one have a proximity routne (code) I can review (steal) using LegOS, a light sensor, and the IR port? I've used the NQC stuff, but now I've moved up to LegOS. When using LegOS (a most excellent creation, btw) is it possible to store a value and use it in different programs? Actually, I'm sure it is, but how would someone do it? (...) Argh! <rant> It's been a long time since domestic lightbulbs were even partially evacuated - these days they are filled with some kind of relatively inert gas.
