(...) You could get a battery adaptor, that is, a device for putting AAA batteries where AA batteries should go. They're available easily here in the UK - Maplins for example. Hi, I'm writing a Visual C++ program to control simultaneously 2 RCX (using Spirit.ocx). I'd need to know when a task is ended to start the download of a new task (I'd need a kind of TaskDone event). Is there a way to do this? Does anybody have (...) (26 years ago, 21-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics.rcx)

(...) Ah, that explains those people talking about easily wiping the memory by pulling the AC adapter out - the old RCX lost everything immediately, right? The new one claims to (and seems to, but I haven't timed it) retain its memory for up to a (...) (26 years ago, 21-Oct-99, to lugnet.robotics)
