  Re: 6462: Aerial Recovery

After sorting legos for a week, my 7 year old son re-built this model and has been playing with it for two days straight. This is a cool set even though it may not resemble anything in the real world. If I ever see this on sale, I'd pick up another. (...) (26 years ago, 17-Jan-99, to lugnet.reviews)

  6462: Aerial Recovery

I just built this model and I think its awesome. This is definately one of those models that I won't take apart. I may replace the cabinets with 2 2x3 bricks though (I use them in my buildings). Overall the Res-Q series gets an A. -- Asher PS: Sigh, (...) (26 years ago, 17-Jan-99, to lugnet.reviews)

  Re: 5600 (Radio Control Racer)

(...) Here's a brief one: Good source of burps, grey arches, the 2x2x14 column and various other grey and black bricks. If you're into castle, buy all you can at 1/2 off or better. Avoid at full price. (26 years ago, 13-Jan-99, to lugnet.reviews)

  Re: 5600 (Radio Control Racer)

(...) Think I could trouble you for a review of the Night Lord's Castle? I was, shall we say, underimpressed by the Witch's Magic Manor. (26 years ago, 12-Jan-99, to lugnet.reviews)

  Re: 5600 (Radio Control Racer)

  Short Review of 8246

Howdy all, ...after a small disappointment with the Throwbots, I picked up a 8246 Hydroracer technic kit. This is a smallish kit ( 46 pcs ) that I bought at Walmart for about $3.99 ( I have seen them for more other places...but this makes the pieces (...) (26 years ago, 11-Jan-99, to lugnet.reviews)

  Some Running Thoughts on THROWBOTS

...after spotting the Throwbots in the catalogue, and then coming across a post here that they were on sale at Target, I went and bought 8500 TORCH for $5.99. ( They were not in the computer here yet, but they had someone check the shelf price, so (...) (26 years ago, 6-Jan-99, to lugnet.reviews)

(most of) 1999 Adventurer's theme review

This isn't quite a full theme review, because I can't find either 5956 (the airship) or 5902 (raft). The airship I'm not expecting to be much of a loss, the raft I would like to see. But otherwise, I'm treating it as a theme review. Overall rating: (...) (26 years ago, 6-Jan-99, to lugnet.reviews)
