As a long-time LEGO customer, I can't help feeling that the people running
the show at www.lego.com today care less and less about good old-fashioned
web values and ever more about bells and whistles.  This is so very
disappointing to realize again and again every time the site is updated.

Man you arn't kidding.  The site is awful.  My Netscape browser locks up
frequently enough using the site that I won't even go their any more.  There is
not one other site that gives me so many problems with my browser, not one.
Someone needs to stop trying to include every little glitzy piece of carp
(purposely misspelled to read as a fish to offend the least number of people).
Go back to basics, just look at some of the well designed sites that are out
their and see why they work.  You will quickly see why yours does not.

Please, show me that I am wrong!

Respectful but disenchanted,

Ditto,

Eric Kingsley
