From a legal standpoint, you may find it difficult to justify spreading
around leaked information and photos just because people want it.

Ask LEGO.

Apparently this is the way LEGO wants it. Open a dialogue with them if you
would like to endeavor to convince them to change their procedures.

Why do you think that is?

Probably a lot of people are, but that doesn't make it right to spread leaked
info around.

lugnet.people would be a perfectly appropriate group to talk about the human-
condition aspect of being a fan and how hard it can be to wait patiently for
all the cool new stuff.
However, I've said it before and I'll say it again, no group on LUGNET is
appropriate for spreading around leaked information. Take the discussion
elsewhere if the intention is to spread secrets about unreleased products.
