  Re: lugnet website dead?

(...) Well, I do own the domain. However, the time to maintain a site is not something I can easily give - I have committments to editing and running BrickJournal, running my local club and helping out another club, and now planning BrickFest, not (...)   Re: lugnet website dead?

(...) Why not just register your own domain, and have everyone link to it? At least then you'll be under full control of everything, just whack LEGOFan and lugnet admins to link to you. (19 years ago, 19-Mar-06, to lugnet.publish.brickjournal)

  Re: lugnet website dead?

(...) Actually a set of factors have come in that have made things a bit of a challenge in this: 1. The BrickJournal page on LEGOFan.org is not administered by me. As part of LEGOFan.org's website, admin duties are usually handled by the webmaster (...) (19 years ago, 18-Mar-06, to lugnet.publish.brickjournal, FTX)

Re: BrickJournal 3 is REALLY out!

(...) Hi Bill! Yeah, the size got out of hand. One of the problems that BrickJournal has to manage is dealing with time-critical stories. It's already handicapped in that there is only a quarterly schedule for it, which was set up to keep everyone (...) (19 years ago, 23-Feb-06, to lugnet.publish.brickjournal, FTX)

Re: BrickJournal 3 is REALLY out!

(...) Great work Joe! I finally finished reading it yesterday and can't wait for #4! The writing and in particular the graphic design are excellent. It's truly a professional quality magazine that anyone in the hobby would be proud of. I'm sure if (...) (19 years ago, 22-Feb-06, to lugnet.publish.brickjournal, FTX)

Re: TLG Board of Directors gives praise to BrickJournal Issue #3

Hats off to you, too, Geoff. For those unaware, Geoff has been a significant driving force in moving the BrickJournal project forward. The team works great together in that when one member is on a down-cycle, other members are up. There's always (...) (19 years ago, 14-Feb-06, to lugnet.publish.brickjournal)
