| (...) A commentary site is certainly a legitimate thing, HOWEVER, copying an entire BrickShelf folder for use on a such a site is stretching fair use. Fair use MIGHT justify copying one picture to illustrate the article, with a link to the (...) (23 years ago, 20-May-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.publish)

| Many have wondered where I have been, and why nothing new. Well, busy I have been, and there is plenty new. Well, most are of existing trucks, and several with various changes. What I have done though, under a recent challenge, is take pics of EVERY (...) (23 years ago, 17-May-02, to lugnet.publish, lugnet.build, lugnet.town, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.general) !

| (...) ok I read the TOS wrong. I'm one of those freaks who even bother to read software agreements as it is, usually I just scan them. My point though wasn't the legality of copyrights and my ownership of the image. It's the nature of the internet (...) (23 years ago, 16-May-02, to lugnet.publish)

| <snip> (...) <snip> I do this to (download other peoples images from brickshelf onto my PC). However, in order to better keep track I raname the image to <author's name/alias on brickshelf>_<nameofitem>.xxx This way I have a name to creditthe (...) (23 years ago, 16-May-02, to lugnet.publish)
