Not difficult...but I don't have a pic handy. I've used 1x1 rounds for the
shaft, and 1x3 plate + 2 1x3 inverse slopes for the blades.

Ships wheels? The old style technic cogs (the small red ones) are great, if
you have them. If not, technic thin wheels in brown aren't too bad.
And don't forget that you can get away with a tiller on smaller ships :-)
If you mean cannon wheels, that's easy: 1x1 round plates.
